Does a 22mm seatpost fit snugly inside the frame? That is, it's easy to slide in, but there isn't a gap between it and the seat tube. If so, then that's the size. If not, try a slightly larger size. Oh and you can grab any adult bike sized seatpost and chop it down with a hacksaw.
