Polysporin (there are 2 and 3 antiobiotic versions.), if you want, try out L-Glutamine too. It's a supplement that is extremely versatile and prominent in the latest studies for burn patients, cancer patients, gout, etc.

I tore the skin on my finger tip when I fell this weekend (two stitches!) and poly it twice a day, dressed in gauze. I also take at least 5g of L-Glutamine 3x a day instead of 2x a day per usual. The stitched flap seems to be taking hold and the other hole is filling quite good for the extent of the injury! Get well soon my fellow index finger injure-rer
