hmmm...head tube looks Tig-welded. I don't think even Bilotti Bros were doing that to Gara frames...I suspect this has been crashed and repaired. Might be just fine, but keep your eyes open. Looks like it has the "Concorde" Italian flag braze-on, and seems to have vertical DOs...just make your offer appropriate to the goods.
