Just as I figured ... the bearings were just swapped into the wrong headset cups. Now it is fixed!



Also the Zipp 101s are now tubeless:



Went on a brisk 20 miler today on the Master running tubeless. Super smooth running lower pressures (90 psi up front, 100 psi in the rear).

Verdict?
