Looking to buy a front wheel

Hey all,

So I been looking at buying a front wheel for my new build. However I only have $350 to spend or just $300. Currently I ride a Mavic Ellipse in the rear and a really cheap state bike co wheel in the front off my old bike. I'm doing a new build and ordered a new frame and full carbon fork. I don't want to run that front wheel as it's bent and heavy as an anchor. I have a few options...

1. Pair it with a Mavic Ellipse front wheel ($230)
2. buy a OEM carbon Chinese made wheel online 60mm with Novatec hub online ($280)
3. Try and find Craigslist deals, deals on forums which I've been doing.

What do you all think. I can't afford a Zipp 404, SRAM S60 or a Reynolds. While I would love one of those wheels to run. I wanted a 60mm to assist me with my aero dynamics while training the rest of the summer, fall and winter. I'd be using it all year round. Not sure what to do. All help will be greatly appreciated.
