Honestly both pale compared to High Schools in well to do areas. Kids with cars and distractions coupled with schools that don't care in the least there there is not nearly enough parkig for those cars. Plenty for teachers however in a teachers only lot.

It is the worst for open campus schools where there are vew nearby (as in walking distance) food places. Going by one of those during lunch is interesting to say the least.
