Probably for the same reason that Felt road bikes are talked about. I talk about mine, but mine is one of maybe three in the Eugene area. They're good bikes, lots of high-end components and great engineering for not too much money.
way off topic and i was just browsing the thread but youre from eugene? where abouts, i spent most of my life there. grew up off 17th ave and lincoln just down the street from the church and the corner market that when through so many phases.
