Super response. You forget about these things, but they add up. This is extremely true, and if you get into cycling you will likely end up buying all these things (saddle bag is the only thing that is optional here). You may want to postpone buying them, but you try and see how long you last without a floorpump with pressure meter, lube, or spare tubes. These are all basic necessities.
