Hi, what I'll advise you get is a hardtail mountain bike with 1.5inches tires. The only thing I won't like with the set-up is the suspension fork. Suspension forks are heavy and totally unnecessary for riding on pavements. I have an old Cannondale mountain bike (no suspension fork) that is perfect for no frills riding and exercise.
