Keep searching,& try to find something local, this way you can test iy out before you buy it.

I agree with prathmann.
Any modern 27" tires should be fine.
It's the steel wheels that scare me, any moisture, & you're stuck using you shoe to try to slow down.
Steel rims + water = no braking power.
