Yes Paragons makes some really nice dropout too with a big selection.
Ceeway as I said.
Shimano UFP 10 are really nice too but expensive (and hard to find).
Zeus is almost impossible to find expect on ebay and expensive.

Want to say, I don't think that really make sense to pay a lot for those dropout only because they have a name on it. The only criteria for what I could pay a little bit more is the design.

I will try to complete this list for future track frame builder/repair.
Will see what I could find in Japan and how much it cost.
