I too have found that $100 is about the max for this type of project bike. I tend to sell bikes like this as is for $50-60 cash rather than waste a lot of time and effort trying to get more the time and effort to try and get more just isn't worth it. I have rebuilt a couple of similar bikes and found they are not worth the trouble they tend to cost more to fix up than there worth.
