Bikes: Kuota Kredo/Chorus, Trek 7000 commuter, Trek 8000 MTB and a few others

I have 5 gallons of Belgian Saison sitting in my secondary fermentor, and it will be ready just in time for the NYC Century. This will be nice and crisp and dry, with a tang from the Saison yeast. Generally speaking I prefer lighter beers after a ride, but not "Lite" beers. Those aren't worth drinking.
