Both of them are low end road bikes. The Vitesse looks very similar to a department store bike sold here in the US called a GMC Denali, which is not well regarded. It has gripshifters next to the stem and both wheels are nutted.
The Viking appears to be a slightly better model. It also has shifters next to the stem, but of a different kind that is more of a rocker lever. It also has a quick release front wheel, which is a huge convenience. Quick releases on both wheels are preferable, however. You'll appreciate that the first time you have a flat while out riding, or want to transport the bike in a vehicle.
At 6'3" you will be looking for a fairly tall frame, I'm not sure how tall, as I am 5'7" and ride a fairly short frame.
