Got the wheel switched out. Of course, the service guy tried to make it out to be normal. "It's probably the seam, they all have it". Well, not any other bike I rode. He also said " So, what do you want me to do about it?" Maybe he was having a bad day, but it didn't really go over well. But, he agreed to replace it with another wheel,from a bike on display. Someone else will probably inherit the problem. Thanks for your help.
