Let's get into semantics here since you taken offense and selectively highlighted a few words in my post. It is my answer to the OP so it means that it is useless to me unless the location is revealed. Especially since I do remember this has happened before in California. And DnvrFox, if you do not feel it's useless, then that's alright by me also. We all have our different opinions.
