Can anyone tell me if this crank will fit on my old LeMond Zurich. English BB. I know a BB30 will not fit there can an other BB fit in my BB with that crank? I have no idea what a BB30 is compare to GXP (I think that's what they are called?) http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv...200152099.html Thanks

Can someone explain the difference to me on these hollow external BBs. Are BB30s the standard or the norm? I am still running DA Octalink
