Not enough anyways. Running pre-dawn a couple times/week, try to get one or two dawn rides in and go in to work late (too far to ride), otherwise lucky if I can get more than 50 miles a week. Even doing a Sat or Sun morning ride is hard since my wife needs a break from them too! Kids are 1 and 3.5. Hoping it will get better in a couple years when they're a little more self-sufficient.
