Here, it's about $75, but I generally strip first with aircraft stripper from Walmart just to be on the safe side.
over here, there is one for $100, I guess if i can find one below $100, i might just keep the frame and fork and do it. and try to reuse some of the components like the handlebar and replace the rest.
