Greetings, I am a few months short of turning 40yrs old. I have just purchased a new bike after not riding for almost 20 years.
I was hit by a car once and hadn't ridden since. My first bike was a Bridgestone RBT. Currently I am riding a Specialized Allez Comp Compact M2 Apex.
It's unbelievable how much the sport has changed..I'm mostly looking to get better health and fitness out of riding. possibly interested in Mini Tri's down the road for personal achievement.
I hope to get some good tech advice along with some good training ideas by being part of the forum. enough of me now. I'm sure I'll pass on more later
