1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Well...I ride what I rode 30 years ago when I commuted to work: a 64cm Motebecane withevery part modified except the frame.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Yup, lots....and more recently I've become totally vegan, with 4 glasses of carrot/celery juice a day.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Don't know.....before i started cycling again this past month I was running for about an hour every other day, with 2 pound weights on my ankles.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Cyled everyday from 1973-1978; once a week until 1983; ocassionaly after that, since i started running instead.
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
hour rides every other day mostly hills
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
no clue
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
some weight training in the winter
