Our local series finished up last night so I figured I would give it a go. Met a new teammate that will be joining us next year, super nice young guy.
Racing was aggressive and fast from the start, good old fashioned rock-em sock-em crit racing but I vowed not to do any work early or chase anything down which I stuck to, for a while

Ended up getting impatient and moved up to chase down some stuff. Tried to get in a couple of breaks but nothing would stick. Towards the end tried to go with a local pro rider but it wasn't meant to be. With 5 to go things started to get more and more sketchy so I vowed to keep myself out of trouble. Last lap here is all about position and I was setup nicely, two last corners were dicey as hell and ended up going around one of our strong riders on the outside up against the sidewalk and then back in for the finish. Rolled through in 5th. Still didn't sprint

BUT can tell you the legs feel like $1,000,000 and have no fatigue in them this morning which is good, didn't punch anyone out which is better
