Ever join a gym?
"Cycling 3-5 times a week" is rather obscure. Do you cycle 5 hours a week? 15? 30?
You need carbs, but you don't need Gatorade. You don't sweat out potassium, and you almost certainly have so much salt in your diet that you don't need it in your drinks. Mild dehydration isn't the massive threat it's painted out to be; all you need to do is drink when you're thirsty, and you're all set.
Food is food is food. The cost per calorie isn't going to vary much. That said, a candy bar is 90% junk and 10% sugar, so you are at least marginally better off with a decent energy bar, or fruit, or a sandwich.
Socks are socks. Who cares?
Pumps are cheaper than CO2.
Patching tubes is cheap and easy.
I would not cheap out on lubricants, repair gear, or parts. It's just not worth it.
