Hey, guess I should have done this before I posted for the first time...oops.
Well, from the subject, I'm from Upstate NY, about 2 hours North of Albany. Yes, that's right, for anyone that thinks Albany is the north most point in NY, no, there's alot more Sorry, just had to say that. You wouldn't believe how many times people say "Oh yea, Upstate huh, where abouts in Albany are you?"
Lets see, about me. I graduated in '01 from Clarkson University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Having lived in or near the Adirondacks all my life, and going to school and now again living amongst, I've been mountain biking since I can remember. Never really gotten into hardcore, but serious recreational I would say. While I still have my Mountain bike, I've always wanted to get into road biking. You just can't get the speed on a mountain bike that you can on a roadie. So currently, as I've posted, I'm looking for road bike.
Lets see, what else to say. So far, everyone has been great. Looking forward to posting and reading on the forum. Thanks in advance for all the great advice and tips.
