No matter what you do , that same bolt holds the entire stem on your bike regardless of the stem you adapt too.
The only way I can see that to work, and its feasable since it appears the phone mount is machined aluminum, would be to see if either the stock quill bolt (that screws into the wedge down inside the tube) is long enough to go thru the phone mount first and still have enough threads to tighten the stem...... Or maybe try and get a longer bolt that would do that.
If that makes sense.

Ya, I tried this. But the bolts for the adapters are a lot bigger than the one that goes through the mount!
