I'm a college student looking for a light yet sturdy bike to ride around campus. When I talked to the owner of the bike he said that the bike is in ridable condition but the tires are a little worn out from sitting outside. He also said that the bike has some rust on the frame. He already lowered to the price to $170 but I was thinking of offering $130. I know absolutely nothing when it comes to bikes so I really want something that will last. THANKS!
