In San Fran, sure. Most other places, no. Expect to put some $$ into it. Make sure seat post is not stuck. Will not be real light. Should last a long time if maintained. Very small size, which if you need a small bike, can be hard to find. Triple crank is a plus.
In a hot market like SF, and at that this price point, it will probably sell fast.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
