HUH??? I can understand dry rotted, but a tire not creating friction from movement will not wear out because of the weather. tires can be expensive (~100/pair) you can use that as your bargaining chip. Just so you know I think another BF'er is currently asking about this bike. (unless you've posted twice about it)
