I don't know about Canada but I would agree with Clubman that they would be offered as frame/fork. I am not sure when these were brought in my 10sp Drive but I am pretty sure liek the other offering you could buy any bike as a frame only or chose one of many 'kit' options from RX100 to C-Rec
