But they have great core striength and can tilt their pelvis back while in the drops. For a pro that spends so much time getting in shape and shedding any extra ounces of body fat a 250 gram saddle is out of the question. A racing saddle has to first be made of petrified smoke and second has no padding to speak of. Comfort is secondary to someone who is willing to suffer to win.
