And what does this have to do with "the French?" the USADA is an American anti doping agency. Incidentally the tour isn't owned by "tge French" but by a company. They really don't want scandals...it's bad for business. But since it's a sport it's governed by a governing body in this case tge UCI which isn't French either. The UCI to legitimize cycling and make it Olympic eligible has an agreement with WADA, (also not "the French") of which the USADA acts to serve in the us and with American athletes.
