Definitely those two. Make sure to check if you can adjust the stem up/down (it should free up if you loosen the allen bolt on top, make sure to tighten it down adequately afterwards), and the seatpost, too, assuring that they're not corroded into place. Make sure there are no dents or bulges in the tubes (look behind the head tube lugs and elsewhere for crash damage), and try to gauge if the frame looks straight. Check out the wheels - if they're too wacky, they may not be easily repaired (could cost you). Give it a spin, if possible, and take that opportunity to note both how the size feels for you (adjust as necessary) and whether anything feels too 'off'.

From the pics, it looks pretty good, but check that stuff out in person, test ride, and you should be covering your bases. Don't sweat very minor/superficial rust (speckles, a bit around the cable guides, etc.), either, just make sure there's nothing major/structural.
