I can't wait to build this one up and ride it. Transmission i'm not sure how to go. I'm thinking the campy cranks that came on it and for cost reasons the shimano derailleur setup that was on the frame when i got it.
Here are the cleaned up and de-rusted re-assembled crankset.
It had a 600 Tri-Color on the rear and a Golden Arrow front. I have the rear wheel off but don't know how to tell if it's a cassette or freewheel i'll figure it out when i head to the co-op this week and pull it off. For now i'm going to reuse the 600 Tri-Color Brakes and levers that were on the bikes. I've got one of the brakes apart and cleaning it up. The hardware is taking a rust removal bath with some parts from another bike. I'm working on a couple of bikes currently so i'll update as things progress.
