Uber clyde having quill stem issues.

Need to replace the quill stem on my 1993 Trek 850. The problem is I need the trekking handlebars further forward and higher from me for a good riding posture. At the current time I'm way too close to the handlebar. I've read to stay away from the adjustable stems. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Again, I need a taller and further up and out quill stem.
