OK, so i think im confused on the difference between flipping and slamming. I dont think i can actually just turn the stem upside down to get some drop as it looks like the spacer under it is attached. I was goign to lower it a little bit by moving some of the spacers to be ontop of the stem like I saw in a youtube video about how to lower an unthreaded steering stem. Going to play iwth it more tonight, i learn by doing and experimenting. I will see when its all apart lol. I wont cut anything until im certain, but I do want to lower it to increase my flexibility etc.
From what I understand Devin, lowering the bars actually makes you more flexible once your accustomed to a lower bar height. I think it also helps out with some part of your endurance or strength as well. Im still learning, but i beleive lowering the bar gives it a cool look and helps the rider with flexibility. Maybe someone can chime in here
