That asking price is absurd...it isn't even close. The valuable bikes in there (and there aren't enough of them) aren't of the value to justify the price.
My disorganized, chaotic mother sold the contents of her house -- 50 years' worth of mcm furniture and collectibles -- to an estate person. Trying to get her to let me handle it was hopeless. Didn't want to sell, didn't want, didn't want, and then some estate person had to come in and write the check while she covered her eyes. That's how people get good deals, I guess!
