Bikes: Scott Addict RC Pro & R1, Felt Z1

  • hands in the drops
  • elbows bent
  • relaxed arms and upper body
  • tiny, gentle steering inputs
  • no death grip on the bars
  • look where you want to go
  • sit lightly on the saddle, or not at all if the road is rough
  • set a turning radius at the start of the turn, and keep it
  • outside foot down on turns, weighted
  • "the faster you ride, the slower you turn"
  • relax!
