Sorry, that was uncalled for.
I used to use a pull-behind bike carrier for stuff and I once pulled a friend's dog. It was a golden retriever and we just attached the leash to the harness. The dog was pretty happy after he got used to it.
I wouldn't want any size dog on the bike itself, you can run into stability issues.
