NB: see the WRC rally car races, they do the Swedish races in winter,
the wheels are fitted with narrow tires, to get thru surface snow to firm ground.

Humboldt bay art bike races, they used several tires with 3 or 5 rims side by side.
pop-riveting aluminum flatbar connects them.
Taller tire in the Center contacts hard ground, all in mud and sand.

OK its a make not a buy thing ,but you can make a studded tire , flanked by 2 regular ones
to get the width.

Sun has a fat tire bike with Sturmey's 2 speed kickback coaster brake,
they sell for about 800$, so a less pricy toy..
