In Portland (expensive used bike market) about $200 if everything functions with no damage. Older Cannondale road bikes don't get much respect, this one has low-end components, the paint is kind of thrashed, and it looks dirty and neglected. A meticulous cleanup/polish and servicing would help a little, but I still don't see that bike getting $300 here. Frame and fork alone - $100 or less.
