Yeah, the M28x is pretty much the same as the Forte Titan. The M28x is a good basic wheel, but not worth putting much money into since you can get basically the same wheel (albeit, with a different name) new for the price of a rebuild.
If you've got a Performance Bike shop near you, they might have the Forte Titan's in stock and you wouldn't have to pay shipping.
