cool. i'm with a medieval group that does brewing. we've got about 100gal beer and 50gal mead going right now. i'll be getting pressganged for racking/bottling any week now.
although, i'm not the biggest mead fan. only if it's sparkling. probably because the first one i ever tried was done with a champagne yeast....
im mostly doing it because i can never find a bar that has it so ive never been able to try it
plus the materials are like $5
and also cuz vikings.
