Not to mention the top tube braze-on cable stops sit on the wrong side of the downtube for Campagnolo brakes.

For the thread's record, this also applies to P13-9's made prior to the geometry revision of 1971, though Campagnolo brakes usually can handle the reach if the bike has a rear drop bolt and 27" rims instead of 700C.
