No, the old look pedals had what were called "Delta" style cleats. The new "Keo" style cleats are slightly smaller than the Deltas. Delta cleats will not fit into newer Keo pedals. Even the rubber slip-on cleat protectors that you can buy so you can walk on the cleats without damaging them are different because of this.
