I would support everything that this post says, based on MY experience with post recall RSYS wheels. Probably 6000 miles on mine, never out of true, very strong climbing wheel, not unstable in a cross wind, and yes - not as fast as most other wheels such as my Rolf Vigors'. My one complaint were the Mavic skewers which rattled on the rough road. Replaced them with Salsa Flip Off and now quiet. Are these wheels harsh riding? No more so than what many mid profile aluminum rims feel like. I would not pay the full price for these wheels, just as I would not pay the same for many others. I can but I am by nature some one who searches for a deal.

The Velosnooze editor that had the wheels fail ran some kind of tubeless setup...which the wheels were not designed for. Mavic asked for the tires...which were never sent.
Most of the stuff said about the wheels are anecdotal at best.
If you can score a set at a good price...I'd hit it.
