I probably qualify as an old folk. Take care whippersnappers in being so set in your ways - your opinions of the aged seem to be pretty well set and danged near permanent.

You will get my advice when you ask for it (posting here is tantamount to asking). I have no desire to meddle in your life, at all. But, having been on the road of life a week or two, I have come to kinda have an idea of how to keep it out of the ditches. So you can totally ignore the "meddling" if you wish, but you might learn sumpin.
