The craigslist listing has a few different images.
The guy is attempting to get off cheap, only the 12 basic ebay images. My hunch is that he got a "free listing offer" no listing or no closing fees. I get those from time to time.
The problem is you must be ready to jump and list that day, so you run what you got.
ebay fees on 23 or 30k would be quite significant.
