Pretty low end, steel rims, high ten steel frame, stem shifters, etc. Depends on condition and your market. As a flip bike, very limited potential, unless she got it super cheap.

$140 for one fully serviced, with upgraded wheels and seat post, is a reasonable price. Without those upgrades, quite a bit lower, depending on your market, and that is after the rehab.

If it is in needs some rehab shape, and she bought it cheap, she could probably make a decent $$ selling it to someone that wants a project, say $50. Adjust all figures for your market.

IMHO, not high enough up in quality to overcome the $75 to $100 cost of shipping, so I would forget about ebay.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
