Anything worth a flip in a hot market like Vancouver will surely be scooped up by a knowledgeable flipper. Educate yourself ahead of time if you want to compete with them. Other than the expensive stuff, flippable bikes on C/L last about 15 minutes around here, sometimes less.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.
