My expenses over the last 8 years have totaled right at 32k dollars and i've put 90k miles on it...
This is insurance, gas, depreciation, and basic maintenance.
My expenses for owning it one more year are probably not 4k dollars. Insurance is about 1k, gas if I were to continue the 12k mile/year trend would be another thousand. It would also hit 100k miles this year. Stuff gets expensive.
